Chuck Norris was reportedly rushed to a hospital in Hawaii after suffering a medical emergency.
The “Walker, Texas Ranger” star, 86, was on the island of Kauai when the incident occurred, TMZ reported Thursday. However, the nature of the incident remains unclear.
Norris bounced back immediately as insiders told the outlet he is in good spirits.

A rep for Norris wasn’t available to Page Six for comment.
The martial artist proved he was in great shape on March 10 as he celebrated his birthday with a private outdoor boxing lesson.
“I don’t age. I level up,” he said in a video shared on Instagram*. “I’m 86 today! Nothing like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young.”
“I’m grateful for another year, good health and the chance to keep doing what I love,” Norris continued.

The actor expressed his gratitude to the “best fans in the world,” concluding, “Your support through the years has meant more to me than you’ll ever know.”
The “Way of the Dragon” star often shares his workouts online and posted a photo in November of himself flexing his bicep while hitting the gym.
“Here’s a photo I took several months ago,” he captioned the snap. “Progress isn’t measured by perfection, but by the courage to keep going.”

Norris reassured his 2.8 million followers he was “still setting goals, pushing forward and choosing discipline over comfort.”
“No matter your age, keep striving for the best version of yourself,” he added.
Norris also posts footage of himself horseback riding, hiking and weight lifting.

Norris married Gena O’Kelley in 1998 and has 24-year-old twins, Dakota Alan and Danilee Kelly.
He was previously married to the late Dianne Holechek from 1958 to 1989, and the exes shared sons Eric, 60, and Mike, 63.
The “Expendables 2” star also welcomed a daughter, Dina Norris, 62, while in a secret relationship.
